The app shows a black screen on launch.

The app enforces light mode. If you removed the light mode setting or are on an older build, update to the latest version from the App Store.

My photos disappeared after reinstalling the app.

Photos are stored in the app's local Documents directory. A full uninstall removes all app data including photos. Card information stored in iCloud Backup may be restored, but photos need to be re-added manually.

The VCF file isn't importing correctly on Android.

Make sure you're on the latest version, earlier builds had a whitespace issue in the vCard format. Update the app and re-share the contact file.

How do I delete a card?

Long-press any card in the main screen, then tap Delete Card. Note: you must have at least one card at all times, so the last card cannot be deleted.

Can I use MyBusinessCard on iPad or Mac?

MyBusinessCard is currently designed for iPhone only. iPad and Mac support may be added in a future update.

Is my data backed up to the cloud?

Card information is included in your standard iOS backup (iCloud or local). Photos stored in the app's Documents directory are also included in iCloud Backup if you have it enabled. We do not have our own cloud backup, everything is handled by iOS.
